About Me
My focus on props design began at Knox College, in
Galesburg, Illinois, where I studied Theatre and Classical
history. I have always been involved in the arts in some way, but
the unlimited possibilities that I have found in the props world has
hooked me for good. I worked on numerous pieces while at Knox,
then started as a intern in New York (as one does), and continue to
work on exciting projects in the city. More recently, I have
begun work in the film industry as well, as a props master and art
director. I very much enjoy the neverending on-your-feet
excitment that is so much a part of being on a film set. I definitely
look forward to more opportunities to be a part of that in the future.
Other interests include archaeology, ballroom dancing, and looking at myself in the
mirror.
